Application For Future Tenants

If you would like to apply for residency, please print out the following application and fill in all blanks. All questions and blanks need to be filled out.  We must have your social security number and license number. Make sure to put an emergency contact number and work numbers as well as a number to reach you.

If you are having trouble printing out the application, one can be picked up at the office.  For directions to the complex, pick the map of the complex located at the right and use the get directions button.

With $35 application fee for each adult so we may perform the background check. Each person over 18 years old must fill out an application. These applications may be faxed or e-mailed to us if you prefer, but we cannot finish reviewing them without the application fee.

If you need to just drop off the application at our office between the hours, 9am - 5:30pm , or after hours by placing the application and fee in a Money order made out to WOODOAK CORPORATION in an envelope and in the office's night slot.
